When the daily-newspaper 20 Minuten entered the market, Factum was first commissioned to design a reader and user loyalty concept that not only had to entertain, but also generate renowned advertising clients. John Twenty continued to solve almost 1000 exciting crime cases that were followed by the growing 20 Minuten community.

John Twenty is known as one of the most successful reader loyalty tools on both a national and international scale. The Comicstrip-hero ist Open for any new cooperations.
